Apparently, in order for dates to show correctly, you have to manually tell the board (both in the administration control panel *and* the user control panel) whether or not it is summer. So if you are seeing the time displayed as an hour later than it should be, go to your User Control Panel, go to Board Preferences, and change "Summer Time/DST is in effect" to "No."
If you're reading this in summer and it seems to be an hour earlier than it should be, change the setting to "Yes."
Since different areas switch to DST/Summer Time at different times, I think the smartest thing to do will be to leave the board settings with DST/Summer Time disabled, and allow the users to enable it when it is appropriate for them. Marae waves to her Australian friends.
I have it set correctly now in the administration control area, so it's all on you.
